Service Delivery: Faazweb will provide white-labeled services as outlined in the chosen plan, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
Client Confidentiality: All client information and projects will be treated with strict confidentiality. Faazweb will not disclose any details to third parties without prior consent.
Branding: Services provided will be under the client's brand name. Faazweb will not display its branding or claim credit for any work delivered.
Communication: All communication regarding project updates, queries, and support will be conducted through the client or their designated representative.
Payment Terms: Payment for services is due as per the agreed pricing plan. Late payments may result in service suspension until dues are cleared.
Revisions and Customizations: Revisions and customizations will be handled as per the allocated monthly hours. Any additional hours required will be billed separately.
Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with a 30-day notice. Termination by the client must be communicated in writing.
Liability: Faazweb will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the services provided.
Service Limitations: Faazweb will endeavor to provide uninterrupted services, but will not be responsible for any downtime or service interruptions beyond its control.
Amendments: Faazweb reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance.
